We are deeply committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your Hatke purchase and are always looking for ways to make your experience better.
We will gladly refund or exchange your item if you are not happy with it within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in the same condition that you received it in.
All returns or exhanges require an authorization number issued by us. You can get this by emailing support@thehatkelife.com or by calling 630-442-3365.
Just a reminder, all returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. You will receive a refund for the price of goods and taxes only – shipping is non-refundable.
